Dear Tanya and Patti,

Thank you for leading last night's cooking class. I picked up a lot of tips that will help me as I expand my cooking skills, and I really liked the food you prepared as well. I plan to recreate most of the menu items at some point down the road, and will definitely explore more of Bobby Flay's recipes, now that I have seen how easily they can be recreated at home. Thanks again for
taking the time to teach, inform & cook for the group!
